The Resort Village Feasibility Study, being carried out by the Planning Committee, has been put on hold. There are two key requirements for Resort Villages, permanent population and total assessment, for which Crystal lake does not satisfy.  Even though the intent was simply a study to assess feasibility of Crystal Lake pursuing Resort Village status, these shortcomings make the concept not feasible at this time.  The Study may be re-initiated if/when we are closer to those two requirements.
